Refunds
Effective June 11, 2026
TwiceOver is sold as a subscription, billed by a third-party merchant of record.
- Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the paid period.
- Refund requests. To request a refund, contact support@twiceover.io or use the merchant-of-record's billing portal. Eligible refunds are processed by our merchant of record under their buyer terms.
- Where required by law, statutory cancellation and refund rights (for example, EU/UK consumer cooling-off rights) apply and are honored.
- No per-analysis or usage charges exist, so there is nothing to refund beyond the subscription itself.
